An initial meeting with clients (or telephone conversation with mail order clients) is essential to discuss the individual clients needs.  At this stage it is useful if the client could bring, fax or email letterheads, logos, business cards - whatever you have with the desired logo on.  This is to help to produce, on the computers, the most suitable logo / design using state of the art digital software.

If the client has no existing logo we offer a FREE artwork and design service to produce a suitable new logo / design.  This service usually would cost anywhere from around £40 to over £100.  The design is then stored on master disc and filed away in our archive.  The next stage is to sew out the design onto felt squares to enable the clients to view the finished product.  From agreeing the design to receiving the finished garments can be as little as 48hours depending on:

In order to provide you with a quotation, we need to know what type of merchandise you would like us to embroider onto and the quantities that you require. At this point It's really helpful if you can provide us with a sample of your artwork by e-mail or post.

After the quotation is approved, we send your artwork to the design department for digitising.

Embroidery machines cannot understand artwork, they can only read computer code. In order for the embroidery machine to be able to sew your design we must turn your artwork into a computerised stitch file. This process is called digitising.

Digitised designs are stored on disk so that they can be recalled for future orders.

Your digitised design is sent to a sampling machine for checking. Any adjustments are taken care of by the digitiser, then the design is re-sewn until we are 100% happy with the result.

The embroidered sample is sent to you for your approval.

Production is carried out using the latest Toyota® industrial embroidery machinery. Your digitised design is sent to the machine and the correct shades of thread are selected.

When the embroidery is completed, the finished item is quality checked and packed for delivery.

Your order will be delivered to almost anywhere in the UK by our chosen carrier. Orders may also be collected at our premises by prior arrangement. Delivery is FREE on orders over £100.00 otherwise there is a £6.95 delivery charge
